48×48 original acrylic painting on canvas.

I have always been a person that looks at my glass ½ full. Yet, these last few months have been tough. Like many of you in our lifetime things have simply gotten better. Yet, the tides have turned in these last few months. For women, rights had increased closer to equality until this last year. Some are trying to package us back up in a little box with a cute pink ribbon on it. For diversity, there is true fear. For our parents and grandparents there is a sense of loss, and true loss for all the work they have done. My glass does not feel ½ full. This painting took its turns. Do you see just black and white or color too? Do you see highlights or shadows? A flower or a weed? A weed or a wish? I am moving into 2025 reminding myself my glass will be half full. I have hope, and I have a little faith. I work with people every day that want to help others. I look a stranger in the eye and say hello and they nod with a smile. I will do my best to see the beauty in that glass- all that can fill it up to the rim. There is still color, there is hope, there is strength in a glass half full.
This painting can not be shipped because of its size. We may be able to deliver, and pick up is always welcomed.
